This NGO aims to cover material requests from diverse social entities. In this case, ASESUBPRO is a non-profit association, which aims at the creation and management of centers for caring severely mentally handicapped people. In its residence in Olivares live forty-one “children” of 25-50 years (his mental age is less in most cases 3-4 years).
