Lazarus Home is the only orphanage for girls in Bethany and around. Although its director Samar Sahar and other managers are christians, all girls are muslim and receive muslim education (due to Palestinian law).
Some families of Bethany, mainly Armenian, organize the summer cap “Lets dream” for children of the town.
